right now the supercart send two emails to the customer

Your ECommerce Order & Your ECommerce Payment Status

I really do not need the Payment Status is there a way to shut that off?

also can I change the email subject field to say something different?

Hi,

The payment email can't be stopped at this time but I will add that to the feature list for a future release to be configurable as optional.

Yes, you can change the subject of all emails. Log into the admin control panel and click on the Language configuration item and look for the field Order Email Subject.
